Another Nominee for MMA Samaritan of the Year

Zach Arnold has some links to this content from his page, but I think that the good that fighters do often goes unnoticed.  Here’s the news at the tail end of Zach’s post here.  I’m not calling for puff pieces, but positive coverage goes a long way for helping the sport of MMA.

WOWT story here

Houston Alexander basically saw something that didn’t seem right with an infant in an unlocked car, and he did something about it.  This guy could have just kept walking, but he did the right thing.  Keeping up with his story of raising 6 kids, donating a kidney to one of them, and now this story definitely has people pulling for him.  If you dig into the comments of the story, you’ll see lots of praise for this act, and one man claims that Houston was a caring individual back in school growing up.  Good story.
